iPod puzzlement, Injuries and FlirtationI'm hoping I haven't killed my iPod. It doesn't get picked up by my computer when I connect the USB cable... and I get a couple of error messages which don't stick around long enough for me to read.
Dang it... I hope I don't need a new one! *looks sadly at iPod* I've got the iPod blues...
Then I went and got injured at work.. Yay....
Somehow on Saturday night I pulled the muscle in my right shoulder didn't realize it at the time.... (back/front) - and Sunday found out I could barely use my arm. I went to work.
Yay..... I couldn't write nor be able to take deep breaths without pain I accepted that part... I couldn't put things into bags... heck, I couldn't open the bags to start with. We had several people call in sick.. so I stuck it out.. took Tylenol on my lunch break and "Sucked it up Princess"
Then one of my customers pointed out to me that my Arm was swollen and purple.
I looked at it and yep... there it was.... a purple swollen arm and cold to touch... I could move my fingers... move my arm somewhat... but that was it... I had to leave. Thank goodness there was only one hour left to my shift! And Double Thank goodness I wasn't wearing my ring!
Didn't go to Outpatients cause spending over 8 hours at the hospital in those uncomfortable chairs didn't really appeal to me seeing that I have meds at home, a comfy bed and lots of pillows... plus I have Mom there who understands about shoulder/arm pain and being a Nurse at one point in her life can give me advice.. if not.. I have many family members who still are Nurses who can offer it up.
The AfterHours Clinics were all closed on Sunday at noon... Yay for me...
So Monday! I was able to get into the Afterhours clinic! Found out I did indeed pull a muscle and irritated the rotator disc. So I'm on light weight duties at work that involves the least amount of lifting for two weeks.
In September I had my Birthday and I got to flirt! Something I have only done once before!

One came up to me and just chatted with me... he said I was cute! He was about my height and had sweet brown eyes.... a leather jacket and jeans.. he had moustache..
Another mentioned I had the most unusual eye colour he'd ever seen... yah.... they are more of a yellow colour in the green....
Another still thought I was beautiful and said if he wasn't gay he'd definitely be my boyfriend! (Thank goodness I bit my tongue on saying I love gay smut..... Oh dears....) .... He came through my cash three separate times just to talk with me... I did say I would have taken him up on his offer if he was into girls and winked!!
I winked at a guy!!
... this guy had a shaven head black gottee.... was so taaaaaallllllllll.... I've told some about my two fantasies I've had about some guys...
One guy got me blushing so furiously after I went on the intercom.. I thought I wasn't going to stop be red!! he said I sounded so incredibly sexy!
*grumbles*

That is exactly what he called it!! This one looked like a biker! He had a ring in the center of his bottom lip, his eyebrow was pierced, he had a buff chest... and a dragon tattoo running up his arm.. he had I think hazel eyes.. Another tall guy.... he, too, had a leather jacket!! Leather chaps and faded jeans.....
AND he was wearing a Dog collar!!! *bounces*
So all in all.... it was a good day!! I got home and there was a spicy Carrot cake with cherries waiting for me and cards from family!
