I have been going to an Employment Consellor and I can't even began to express my relief and joy at having someone who finally understands what it is I'm trying to say!!

No "meetings" where I basically get my job threatened, or where supervisors are pressuring me to tell them what it is that would help me when I can't even put it into words to convey my needs then getting frustrated with me because I can't snap my fingers and make this magical list of what would help me appear to them.

She is a wonderful person! She has already figured out just by asking me a few questions or writing down what I found difficult or easy at work that this job "fed on" my 'weaknesses' and left my strengths in limbo waiting for the chance to be used.

Things are looking up for me!! Whoot!
